By using HotPepper.Agency you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.
Free tools and Heat Check
The Heat Check, the local visibility preview and other free tools on this site are for general information. Scores, sample listings and sample AI answers are illustrations based on the details you enter, not live data from Google, ChatGPT or any other platform, and not a guarantee of results.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engines, maps and AI assistants are run by third parties who change their systems often. We work hard for results but we do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, placement or revenue. Case studies show past results for other businesses and are not a promise of future results.
Our content
The text, design, Chef Chris mascot artwork, logos and other content on this site belong to HotPepper Agency or its licensors. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy or reuse our content or artwork without written permission.
Third party links
The site links to outside services such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, submit false information, attempt to break or overload the site, or scrape it in bulk.
