Things you tell us. When you send an order ticket or run the Heat Check we may collect your name, business name, email, phone, website, city, budget range and anything you type in the message box.
Things your browser tells us. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, approximate location from IP address, and time on page.
Cookies. Small files that remember preferences and help us measure how the site is used. See the cookies section below.

How we use it

To reply to your ticket and prepare your free Heat Check.
To deliver services you hire us for, including reports and account communication.
To improve the website and understand which pages help people.
To send occasional marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, form and email tools, analytics and scheduling software, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. If HotPepper is ever sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

We keep ticket and client information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data through our forms.
